[origin: EP2484958A2] The module (10) has a diaphragm arrangement (26) comprising an edge, which images a secondary lens i.e. projection lens (20), as a light or dark boundary of light distribution area on a road surface. A surface (42) of the arrangement is partially provided with light-scattering and/or light-absorbing elements (44). An intensity of light reflected from the arrangement is produced in a region of the distribution area above the boundary even when the light-scattering and/or light-absorbing elements are not present. The arrangement is made of plastic or metal produced as a base material.
