Abstract (en)
The watch has middle (2) forming a watch case (1) with a glass (4), where the glass is accoladed on a bearer (10) arranged in the middle. A bezel (14) is welded on the glass and on the middle by ultrasound welding. A digital display device i.e. LCD cell (20), is fixed on a lower face (8) of the glass. A printed circuit board (36) is placed in the case under the display device and remote from the display device. The display device is electrically connected to the circuit board by a Zebra(RTM: Rubberized layer of alternating conductive and insulating material) connector (40). An independent claim is also included for a method for fixing a watch bezel.

Montre comprenant une carrure (2) qui délimite avec une glace (4) une boîte de montre (1), la glace (4) étant collée sur une portée (10) ménagée dans la carrure (2), la montre étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une lunette (14) soudée par ultrasons d'une part sur la glace (4) et d'autre part sur la carrure (2). L'invention concerne également un procédé de soudage par ultrasons de la lunette (14) sur la carrure (2).
