Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2485336A1] The part has a sealing ring (4) circumferentially placed tight on a casing (15) of cable (2) and surrounded by a section (5) of a capsule part (6). The sealing ring is biased against the casing, where another capsule part (7) surrounds the casing with a positively engaging and/or frictionally engaging connection with an end face arranged bordering an end face of the section of the former capsule part and the sealing ring. An injection-molded protective or plug body (16) surrounds the capsule parts, and is connected with the capsule parts in a moisture-tight manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a coupling part.
