The cleaning device (6, 50, 62, 66) has a fastening means (18) for fastening the cleaning device (6, 50, 62, 66) to the component (4), and a cleaning element (30) for cleaning the guide rail (10). According to the invention, the fastening means (18) has a spring steel that is angled on a bending line (24) such that there is an angled section (28) that extends between the guide rail (10) and an end surface (26) of the component (4) adjacent to the guide rail (10) in an assembled state of the cleaning device (6, 50, 62, 66), wherein said device is fastened to the component (4). The cleaning element (30) is further arranged on the angled section (28).
