The furniture (1) has a base element (3), and a seat element (11) comprising longitudinal and transverse axes. A coupling element (7) has a counter bearing (23) and a bearing element (31). The coupling element has a supporting element (33) connected with the base element. The supporting element clamps the coupling element such that the supporting element is supported at the base element in a tilt resistant manner. An elastic element (25) has larger volume than another elastic element (27). The elastic elements are arranged above and below the supporting element, respectively.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sitzmöbel (1) mit einem Basiselement (3), einem eine Längs- (L) und eine Querachse (Q) aufweisenden Sitzelement (11), einem Lehnenelement (13), einem eine Längs- (L) und eine Querachse (Q) aufweisenden Kopplungselement (7), welches folgende Elemente aufweist: ein erstes Gegenlager (23), ein erstes elastisches Element (25), ein zweites elastisches Element (27), ein mit dem Sitzelement (11) verbundenes Tragelement (31), ein zweites Gegenlager (29), ein mit dem Basiselement (3) verbundenes Stützelement (33) wobei das Stützelement (33) ein das Kopplungselement (7) durchgreifendes Befestigungselement aufweist, über das sich das Sitzelement (11) verkippsicher an dem Basiselement (3) abstützt, und wobei das erste elastische Element (25) ein größeres Volumen aufweist als das zweite elastische Element (27). Das Sitzmöbel (1) zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das erste elastische Element (25) oberhalb des Tragelements (31) und das zweite elastische Element (27) unterhalb des Tragelements (31) angeordnet sind.
