Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2486839A2] The dishwasher has a door for closing a rinsing container (2). A door seal (D) seals a gap between a lower area of the door and the container. The door seal has an end section (30) at an end that is fastened to an edge area of the container. The end section is enclosed by a retaining section (22) of the edge area. The retaining section has two stop surfaces (38, 39) that are connected with the end section. The stop surfaces are aligned with respect to the end section such that the stop surfaces work opposite to torque transferred from the door to the end section during opening of the door.
