[origin: EP2486844A2] The dishwasher (1) has cutlery basket with silver cutlery portion to which cutlery basket insert (3) made of metal which is less noble than the metal of cutlery, is fitted. The basket includes locking element (23) which is movable between storage position in which liquid is stored in basket, and outlet position in which liquid is discharged out of basket. The locking element is comprised of adjusting element (29) to detect the level of liquid in basket. The locking element is moved to storage or outlet position based on the level of liquid in basket.
