The electrical connection element comprises a sleeve portion for receiving a plug contact, and a base portion (10) having a contact spring (28), which is formed in the region of socket portion surrounding the back-up spring (12), and two contact regions (32,44) for contacting the socket portion and the received plug contact. The contact region (32) is defined by the contact spring and the contact region (44) is defined through the back-up spring.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisches Anschlusselement umfassend einen Buchsenabschnitt zur Aufnahme eines Steckkontakts, ein Basisteil mit mindestens einem Kontaktfederarm, eine das Basisteil im Bereich des Buchsenabschnitts umgebende Überfeder, und wenigstens zwei Kontaktregionen zur Kontaktierung eines in dem Buchsenabschnitt aufgenommenen Steckkontakts, wobei eine erste Kontaktregion durch den Kontaktfederarm und eine zweite Kontaktregion durch die Überfeder definiert ist.
