Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2011045096A1] The invention relates to a high-pressure cleaning device (10), comprising a heatable heat exchanger (36) for heating a liquid that can be dispensed by the high-pressure cleaning device (10), a fan (40) having a flow channel (44) connected thereto, in order to feed combustion air to the heat exchanger (36), and a control member (72) for setting the amount of combustion air that can be fed to the heat exchanger (36), said control member having a channel narrowing section (118) that can be positioned in the flow channel (44) and moved relative thereto so as to vary the free cross-sectional area of the flow channel (44). In order to further develop a high-pressure cleaning device of said type such that the amount of combustion air that can be fed to the heat exchanger can be set better, according to the invention the channel narrowing section (118) is designed to be slidable relative to the flow channel (44).
