The device has a pressure container (1) in which an elastic extinguishing agent container (3) e.g. balloon, filled with an extinguishing agent (23) and propellant gas (24) surrounding the extinguishing agent container are arranged. The extinguishing agent container is provided adjacent to an elastic fluid permeable component (32). The fluid permeable component is arranged opposite to an opening of the pressure container on a base or on a fluid-permeable part of the pressure container. The fluid permeable component is operated at the extinguishing agent container in a fixed manner.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzvorrichtung mit einem Druckbehälter (1), einen mit Löschmittel (23) befüllten elastischen Löschmittelbehälter (3) und einem Treibmittel, bei der der elastische Löschmittelbehälter (3) an mindestens eine elastische Komponente (32) angrenzt und diese elastische Komponente fluiddurchlässig ist. Der obere Teil des elastischen Löschmittelbehälters (3) ist als Dichtring ausgebildet. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung hat den Vorteil, dass bei deren Einsatz in mobilen und in stationären Objekten, bei der Vibrationen und sonstige Kräften auf die Löschvorrichtung wirken, von hoher Betriebssicherheit der Löschvorrichtung ausgegangen werden kann, die ohne Funktionsstörungen eine nahezu 100-prozentige Ausbringung des Löschmittels ermöglicht. Ausserdem ist der Betrieb der Löschvorrichtung temperaturunabhängig, so daß bei Änderung der räumlichen Lage des Druckbehälters zusätzliche Sicherheitsmaßnahmen nicht erforderlich sind.
