[origin: EP2489416A2] The sport stick has a grip element (1) that is provided with a rod-shaped core (3). The rod-shaped core is surrounded by a handle cover (5) under releasing of a connecting area (4) for a stick shaft. The rod-shaped core has a bend (6) or curve that is arranged within area of the handle cover. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a sport stick, involves forming a handle cover by plastic.
