Abstract (en)
The magazine (1) has a magazine unit (1.1), and a separating unit (3) arranged downstream of the magazine unit and provided for block pieces (2, 2'') removed from the magazine unit. An adjusting unit (4) is arranged downstream of the separating unit with respect to a transport direction (T) of the block pieces. A detection unit evaluates an angle position (W) of the block pieces with respect to a rotational axis (2.1). The adjusting unit has a drive unit i.e. drive wheel (4.1), for rotating the block pieces around the axis, where the detection unit has a proximity switch or a photo sensor. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a blocking device comprising a block piece magazine (2) a method for providing block pieces.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Blockstückmagazin (1) zur Aufnahme mehrerer jeweils eine Rotationsachse (2.1) aufweisender Blockstücke (2) für Brillenglasrohlinge mit einer Magazineinheit (1.1) und mit einer der Magazineinheit (1.1) nachgeschalteten Vereinzelungseinheit (3) für die aus der Magazineinheit (1.1) entnehmbaren Blockstücke (2), wobei das Blockstückmagazin (1) zur Aufnahme von Blockstücken (2) ausgebildet ist, die mit Bezug zur Rotationsachse (2.1) unausgerichtet sind und/oder eine beliebige Winkellage W aufweisen und dass eine der Vereinzelungseinheit (3) mit Bezug zu einer Transportrichtung T der Blockstücke (2) nachgeschaltete Justiereinheit (4) und/oder eine Detektionseinheit (5) für die Auswertung der Winkellage W des Blockstücks (2) mit Bezug zur Rotationsachse (2.1) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Justiereinheit (4) ein Antriebsmittel (4.1) aufweist, mittels dessen das Blockstück (2) um die Rotationsachse (2.1) rotierbar und in Bezug auf die Winkellage W ausrichtbar ist.
