[origin: EP2489628A1] The device (1) has a cylindrical body (4) surrounding a hollow space that partially accommodates a tap in operating position of the device. A lever-like operating member is attached with the body, and comprises an operation lever (9) accessible outside the body. Attachment levers act on a gripping piece of the tap for operation of the tap, and the operating member is rotatably fixed at the body. The attachment levers are arranged at a predetermined distance, and surround the hollow space at two diametrically opposite sides. An independent claim is also included for a delivery device comprising a housing.
