Abstract (en)
The high-voltage connector component has a pressure chamber (43) which is provided for being basically completely occupied by an insulator (28). The loading of insulator with pressure results in a gap-free, high-voltage-sealed pressing of the corresponding connector component (11,12) to the insulator. The gap-free, high-voltage-sealed pressing of the insulator to the housing, and a gap-free, high-voltage-sealed pressing of the insulator to the sheath surface (46) of the cable end portion (18) are provided. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a high-voltage connector; and (2) a manufacturing method for high-voltage connector component.

Ein Hochspannungs-Steckverbindungsteil (11) für ein Hochspannungskabel (13) umfasst einen Isolierkörper (28) aus einem Polymermaterial, der einen Kabelendabschnitt (18) des Hochspannungskabels (13) mantelseitig umgibt. Der in einem festen Gehäuse (19) aufgenommene Isolierkörper (28) besteht aus einem Elastomermaterial. Das Steckverbindungsteil (11) ist so geformt, dass infolge der Verbindung mit einem korrespondierenden Steckverbindungsteil (12) ein im Wesentlichen geschlossener Druckraum (43) zwischen dem Gehäuse (19), dem korrespondierenden Steckverbindungsteil (12) und dem Kabelendabschnitt (18) gebildet wird, wobei der Druckraum (43) durch den Isolierkörper (28) im Wesentlichen vollständig ausgefüllt wird, so dass eine Druckbeaufschlagung des Isolierkörpers (28) eine spaltfreie, hochspannungsdichte Anpressung des korrespondierenden Steckverbindungsteils (12) an den Isolierkörper (28), , eine spaltfreie, hochspannungsdichte Anpressung des Isolierkörpers (28) an das Gehäuse (19) und eine spaltfreie, hochspannungsdichte Anpressung des Isolierkörper (28) an die Mantelfläche (46) des Kabelendabschnitts (18) bewirkt.
