[origin: WO2011048331A1] The invention relates to prosthetic material for replacing at least one portion of the radial glenoid of a radius, which includes a prosthetic structure (1') made up of a plate (2) extended by an end piece (3), and a set of screws (4) for attaching the plate (2) to the receiving bone matter (R). The plate (2) is made up of a planar body (7) extended by a one-piece head (8), said plate head (8) being extended in turn by means of an extension (5) (forming one portion of the end piece (3)) with an inner surface (5') extending in a general plane (D) which is angularly offset relative to the plane (P) of said plate body (7). Said extension (5) engages with an added plate (6) (forming the other portion of the end piece (3)), of which the outer surface (3') at least approximately reproduces at least one portion of the surface of the radial glenoid of the radius, and the supporting extension (5) and the added plate (6) are provided with a means for rigid connection which includes: (i) a structure of slides (11, 13) arranged, on the one hand, on said plate (6) and, on the other hand, on said extension (5), and (ii) a means (14, 15) for attaching said plate (6) in the correct position on said extension (5).
