[origin: WO2011048297A1] The invention relates to an oversleeve element (1) for a sports racquet handle (2), in particular a tennis racquet handle. According to the invention, said element is formed of an elongate body (10) having a so-called "inner" surface to be applied along the handle of the racquet and a so-called "outer" surface to be gripped by the player, each inner and outer surface of said elongate body (10) being formed of a plurality of longitudinal facets. Said oversleeve element includes at least one strip (113, 115) for extending an end facet (13, 15) that transversely extends to the axis of said end facet. The invention also relates to an oversleeve element set, an oversleeve, and a corresponding method for changing the handle diameter size.
