Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2491842A1] The method involves supplying the liquid collected in the lower area of a rinsing tank (2) in the circulation to spraying units (8,9,10) and from there to wash ware by a circulating pump (4). The rinsing program has program phases of cleaning and rinsing. A draining pause, in which the circulation of liquid stops, is carried out at the end of cleaning program phase. The rinsing liquid is discharged from the rinsing tank after the draining pause.
