The insert ring (1) comprises four side walls, where one side wall comprises a holding unit for a flexible separating arrangement. Two opposite side walls (A,B) are arranged as plastic surface portions (3) that are manufactured in a twin sheet process. Other side walls (C,D) are connected with the plastic surface portion in sections by a form-stable cross bar (4).

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Einsatzring für eine Palettenbox, insbesondere eine Gitterbox, mit vier Seitenwandungen, wobei wenigstens eine Seitenwandung Haltemittel für eine flexible Gefacheanordnung aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass wenigstens zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwandungen (A,B) als in einem Twinsheet-Verfahren hergestellte Kunststoffflächenteile (3) gestaltet sind, und dass die zwei verbleibenden Seitenwandungen (C,D) zumindest abschnittsweise durch formstabile Querstreben (4) gebildet sind, die mit den Kunststoffflächenteilen (3) verbunden sind.
