Abstract (en)
The light (10) has a lighting unit designed as a LED (100), and a cooling device comprising a hollow chamber (500) for forming free flow. The hollow chamber has an air inflow opening (710) and an air outflow opening (730), where the inflow opening lies below the outflow opening. An operating electronic circuit (210) is embedded in a sealing compound made from heat-insulating and electrically-insulated material e.g. polyurethane or epoxide, where the chamber has height of 10 cm. An electrically-operated ventilation device is arranged above the outflow opening of the chamber.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Leuchte (10) umfassend ein Leuchtmittel (100) sowie eine Kühleinrichtung, wobei das Leuchtmittel eine Licht emittierende Diode ist, und die Kühleinrichtung mindestens eine Hohlkammer (500) zur Ausbildung einer freien Strömung (700) aufweist.
