[origin: EP2492617A2] The device has a gas refrigerating compressor (Cp1) lubricated by oil (H1) and including a suction pipe (L3) and a delivery pipe (L4) that are provided in hydraulic connection by a valve. A direct or indirect water or air condenser (C1) and an evaporator (EV2) are configured to prevent operation of the compressor with maintenance of cold production when the device raises pressure of refrigerant (F1) at liquid state above condensation pressure value of the condenser, and of an expansion value (D1) when the condensation pressure is equal to evaporation pressure in the evaporator.
