[origin: EP2492901A2] The masthead (10) has pulleys (7,8), and a halyard (6) used to hoist a flag. A flag beam (9) is secured at the halyard and is vertically moved with respect to halyard so that the flag beam is able to be recovered from ground. The flag beam is folded up automatically.
