[origin: EP2317831A1] The present invention provides an apparatus (1) for curing a substance (2a, 2b, 2c) at an organic substrate (2), the substance comprising a metal complex, the apparatus comprising a first radiation facility (3) for preparing the substance by exposure to UV-radiation and second radiation facility (4) for subsequently pulse-wise exposing the prepared substance with photon radiation having a wavelength in the visible range. The present invention further provides a method of curing a substance at an organic substrate, the substance comprising a metal complex, the method comprising the steps of - preparing the substance by exposure to UV radiation, - radiating the prepared substance with pulsed photon radiation substantially having a wavelength in the visible range.
