Abstract (en)
The shoe has a semi-rigid upper part (11) forming two rigid lateral walls (22, 24), and including a maintaining and tightening strap (1) that surrounds a lower part of a leg of a skier. The strap comprises a first end (2) fixed on one of the rigid walls. The strap has a first intermediate adjustable fixing element (4) engaging with a connecting element (15) placed on the other rigid wall, and a second adjustable fixing element (6) that is arranged at the level of a second end (7) of the strap, where each fixing element is Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener). The connecting element is a loop or a Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) band.
