[origin: EP2495052A1] The device (10) has a feeding mechanism (14) e.g. ratchet mechanism, provided for a piston rod (16), and a conversion lever (20) for operating the mechanism and fastened to a housing (18). An operating lever (24) is fastened to a housing-sided handle (22) in a pivotable manner. The conversion lever and operating lever are connected with one another in an articulated manner by a connecting rod guide (26). The operating lever has an adjusting slider (42) that is movable between radial outer and radial inner adjusting positions with respect to a pivot bearing (S-1) of the operating lever.
