The rotary closure comprises a cap, an insert (3) arranged in the cap, where the insert has a closure element (31, 32, 33) for closing an opening of a container movably arranged relative to a central axis of the cap, and an alignment element (341, 342) for aligning the closure element relative to the opening during the closure of the container. The cap has a thread for mounting the cap at a corresponding counter-thread of the container by rotating the cap in a locking direction. The insert is pivotally connected with the cap via a bearing (35). The rotary closure comprises a cap, an insert (3) arranged in the cap, where the insert has a closure element (31, 32, 33) for closing an opening of a container movably arranged relative to a central axis of the cap, and an alignment element (341, 342) for aligning the closure element relative to the opening during the closure of the container. The cap has a thread for mounting the cap at a corresponding counter-thread of the container by rotating the cap in a locking direction. The insert is pivotally connected with the cap via a bearing (35). The bearing has a resistance opposite to a free rotation of the insert relative to the cap. The closure element has a plug (310) for engaging the opening, and a closure body with a groove for engaging a mouth wall limiting the opening of the container. The alignment element comprises a first stop, which interacts with the rotation of the cap having a second stop of the container. The first stop is formed by a protrusion, which extends itself from an end face of the insert in an inner space of the cap. The alignment element is formed so that the closure element aligns itself relative to the opening during the closure of the container. An independent claim is included for a combination.

Ein erfindungsgemäßer Schraubverschluss weist eine Kappe (2) und einen Einsatz (3) auf. Im Zentrum der Kappe (2) erstreckt sich von der Stirnseite (21) nach innen ein Stift (24), auf den der Einsatz (3) aufgesteckt ist. Der Einsatz (3) ist innerhalb der Kappe (2) drehbar um die zentrale Achse (A) der Kappe (2) angeordnet. Beim Verschließen eines Behälters (1) wirken am Einsatz (3) angeordnete Ausrichtelemente (341,342,343) mit der Behältermündung zusammen, um den Einsatz (3) in einer gegenüber der Flaschenmündung gewünschten radialen Position auszurichten.
