[origin: WO2011054383A1] The present invention relates to a refrigerating unit for supplying a building with refrigeration or refrigeration and heat, comprising at least one absorption or adsorption refrigerating system (11) and a heat generator (12) which are integrated into a common, mobile housing. Here, the refrigerating unit has at least one connection pair (21) for connection to at least one external heat supply circuit (31), via which the at least one absorption or adsorption refrigerating system is supplied with heat, and at least one connection pair (22) for connection to at least one external cooling outlet circuit (32), via which cooling can be output from the refrigerating unit. Furthermore, the refrigerating unit comprises a controller (40) which controls or regulates the at least one external heat supply circuit and the at least one external cooling output circuit as a function of the instantaneous performance data of the at least one absorption or adsorption refrigerating system and the heat generator.
