[origin: EP2497391A1] The device (1) has a cross beam (3) horizontally running transverse to a vertical direction (2), and a seat (5) arranged at a free end (4) of the cross beam. A drag hinge (6) is arranged in the cross beam, where a pivotal axis (7) runs toward the vertical direction. The cross beam is divided into two supporting sections (8, 9). The seat is pivoted relative to the supporting sections by another drag hinge (11) and a tilting knuckle, respectively. A component of the cross beam and the seat is vertically adjusted by a two-stage pneumatic cylinder (18).
