Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2497719A1] The container (1) has a flat peripheral element (3) defining an opening selectively closed by retractable panels (10, 11) movable between closed and open positions. One of the panels is coupled with the other panel by a sliding joint to permit the passage of the former panel from its closed position to its open position in which the former panel unblocks a portion of the opening. The latter panel is coupled to a base (2) i.e. pallet, by a pivot joint to pivot the latter panel from its closed position to its open position in which the latter panel unblocks another portion of the opening. The pivot joint is formed by hinges (33).
