Abstract (en)
The projectile (1) has a hollow space part (9) covered by an Ogive wall (8) and arranged in a front arc shaped Ogive (2). A front tip region (21) of the projectile is less harder than remaining parts of the projectile. The hollow space part comprises predetermined breaking points. One-piece structure is made from a non-toxic material i.e. copper alloy such as tombac Ms95, copper-zinc alloy or soft iron material. The front tip region is provided to the Ogive. A bottom part (6) of the projectile comprises a recess (7) in a cylindrical region.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein metallisches Geschoss (1) für Übungspatronen mit einem hinteren zylindrischen Bereich (3) und einer vorderen bogenförmigen Ogive (2) des Geschosses (1), wobei in der Ogive (2) ein von einer Ogivenwand (8) umfasster Hohlraum (9) angeordnet ist, und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Geschoss (1) einen einstückigen Aufbau aufweist und der vordere Bereich (2) des Geschosses (1) eine geringere Härte als der Rest des Geschosses (10) aufweist, insbesondere einer lokalen Wärmebehandlung unterzogen ist, und/oder der Hohlraum (9) Sollbruchstellen (81,82,83) aufweist, insbesondere derart dass das Geschoss (1) die Norm "Technische Richtlinie (TR) Patrone 9 mm x 19, schadstoffreduziert", erfüllen kann. Beim Auftreffen eines derartigen Geschosses (1) auf eine Schutzweste oder auf sonstige Gegenstände mit ausreichend Widerstand, wird ein Teil der kinetischen Energie in Verformungsenergie umgewandelt. Das Geschoss (1) wird verformt und der Geschossquerschnitt erhöht sich, wodurch die spezifische Energie des auftreffenden Geschosses (1) derart verringert wird, dass ein Durchschlag des Geschosses (1) z.B. durch eine Schutzweste nicht erfolgen kann.
