[origin: EP2498574A2] The carrier plate (5) has seats (6) for positioning of a circuit carrier (29). A flow channel (7) is formed by the walls of the carrier plate for the conduction of cooling air for cooling of electronic components (24-28) of the circuit carrier. The flow channel is formed in the plate longitudinal side and formed with a receiving slot (14) for the lateral insertion of an electronic component carrier (20). The carrier plate is made of plastic. An independent claim is included for arrangement of carrier plate and electric component equipped carrier.
