Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2322722A1] The apparatus (1) has a penetrating element (4) designed as a clamping unit. The penetrating element penetrates into a separating layer (2). A section (6) of the penetrating element is received in an anchor element (5) connected to a substrate (3). A fastening plate (7) connects the layer to the anchor element. A cross-section of the plate is designed such that the plate forms an intermediate space (8) in contact with the layer. The space encloses a penetration site (9) of the penetrating element through the layer. The plate comprises a sealing device e.g. injection valve, for the space. Injection material selected from a group consisting of polyurethane, epoxy resin, acrylate and mineral binding agent, is introduced into the intermediate space. An independent claim is also included for a method for sealing of substrates in a construction area i.e. water body construction area, using a separating layer sealing apparatus.
