Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2499943A1] The cup holder has a cup retainer (4) that includes four articulated connected beam elements and a handle (3). The inner sides of the beam elements are connected together by film hinges to form contact surfaces of a cup (2). The film hinges are connected with the handle. A closure element is provided in a position that the beam elements are held in folded state such that the inner and outer portions of the beam elements are arranged to form a mushroom closure.
