[origin: EP2500102A1] The flotation device (1) has a housing (2) that is provided with a flotation chamber (2a) for receiving a suspension (S) through an inlet (5a), A foam collecting unit (3) is arranged at an upper side of the housing, for receiving and discharging a foam product (SP). A fluid distribution unit (4) is arranged for generating a direction to the suspension in the flotation chamber to the foam collecting unit through fluid distribution element (4a), where the vertical position of fluid distribution elements are variable. An independent claim is included for method for discharging flotation device.
