Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a method for making a container comprising the steps of: i) providing a metal container body having an opening; ii) applying a foil over the opening; iii) mounting a cap onto the container body thereby pressing the foil onto an edge of the opening; and iv) induction heat sealing the foil to the edge, to the container obtainable, to a method for filling such container and to the filled container.
