[origin: EP2500508A1] The installation (10) has a swinging element (80) freely pivoted with respect to a loading bar (40) around an articulation axis at a swinging plane of the swinging element, where the plane is parallel to a deployment axis (X). The swinging element is moved following a pendular rotation movement around the articulation axis along a portion of a locking path (70) of a locking system (50), where the locking path forms a rounded concave ramp and extends on two sides of the plane along width of the locking path. An independent claim is also included for a method for implementing a closing or sun protection installation.
