[origin: EP2502523A1] The foldaway bed (1) has a body (2) and a pivoted bed frame (3), where the body or the bed frame has a collapsible metallic frame with frame elements and corner connectors. Flexible materials, particularly foils or textile webs (7) are provided to obtain the metal frame. The frame element has a circumferentially mounted fixing elements for force or form-fit fixing of the flexible elements, particularly the textile web.
