Abstract (en)
The polishing device (1) has a tiltable base portion (2) made of metal, plastic or ceramic for directly or indirectly receiving a polishing plate (3). A rotary feedthrough (5) is provided, by which the polishing agent is supplied into a polishing agent channel (2.1) of the base portion. The rotary feedthrough is arranged directly or indirectly on a spindle shaft (4.1) and the base part is tiltable corresponding to the rotary feedthrough. The rotary feedthrough is formed in flow connection with the base portion through a flexible fluid connection (5.1). An independent claim is included for a method for zonal polishing of aspherical, non-rotationally symmetrical lenses.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Poliervorrichtung 1 zum zonalen Polieren von optischen Linsen mit einem kippbaren Basisteil 2 zur mittel- oder unmittelbaren Aufnahme eines Poliertellers 3, wobei das Basisteil 2 zwecks Antrieb mit einer drehbar gelagerten Spindelwelle 4.1 einer Polierspindel 4 rotatorisch antreibbar verbunden ist und eine Drehdurchführung 5 vorgesehen ist, mittels derer die Zufuhr von Poliermittel in einen Poliermittelkanal 2.1 des Basisteils 2 gewährleitst ist, wobei die Drehdurchführung 5 mittel- oder unmittelbar an der Spindelwelle 4.1 angeordnet ist und das Basisteil 2 relativ zur Drehdurchführung 5 kippbar ist. Dabei steht die Drehdurchführung 5 über eine flexible Fluidverbindung 5.1 mit dem Basisteil 2 in Durchflussverbindung.
