A frame-sided end of the switching lever is supported at a frame-sided guide (7) in a linearly and rotatably movable manner, where the guide is arranged at a frame (3). A wind-sided end of the switching lever is supported at a wind-sided guide (8) in a rotatably movable manner. A frame-sided end of the control lever is supported at the frame-sided guide. A locking mechanism is provided for locking opening position of a wing (1) relative to the wind-sided guide.
