Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2011064745A1] Method of affixing a balloon especially when printing, equipment mounting balloon The invention describes a method of affixing of finished balloons especially during a multicolor printing when the balloon is in its working position not inflated. The balloon is from the outer side stretched on a hoof while the balloon gets into this position during targeted discharge of the gas. Device to attach the balloon on the hoof contains a compressive element, hoof with a peripheral rim and a tapering retaining area. Device also includes a movable retaining element with a nib corresponding to the groove located on the retaining area. Inflated balloon is placed on hoof, the throat is released and during discharging gas out of the balloon the balloon is pushed by the compressive element to the hoof so that the edge of the balloon with the remnants of gas goes through the level of the hoof's rim. The tightening material of the balloon is withdrawn under the rim of the hoof.
