Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2011064095A2] The invention relates to driving inverter comprising an alternating current generator (3) supplying a current to a terminal board (4) to be connected with the phases of an electric motor (6), a power line (20), an alternating current sensor (41, 42) on some phases powering said electric motor, a current sensor (21) on the power line, an input (52) for receiving information including at least one value of a limit current from the source and a required torque guideline, and a controller (5) driving the phase currents of the electric motor based on the torque guideline while maintaining the current in the power line at an acceptable value based on the limit current from the source. Accordingly, a maximal current can always be imposed on the current source without any risk of damaging same.
