[origin: WO2011064115A1] The invention relates to a refillable dispensing vial including a tank (2) for containing a liquid, a means for dispensing the liquid contained in the tank (2), a means for filling the tank (2), a hydraulic circuit connecting the filling means with the tank (2), characterized in that it comprises electrically powered pumping means (6) for generating a depression in the hydraulic circuit (5) in order to draw the liquid from the filling means towards the tank (2). The invention also relates to a vial (1) including an electric circuit provided with a power source and with a switch comprising a first connector (9) and a second connector (10) adapted so as to assume alternatively an open position in which the electric circuit is open and the first connector (9) and the second connector (10) are not in contact, and a closed position in which the electric circuit is closed and the first connector (9) and the second connector (10) are in contact. The invention can be used for containing and dispensing a fluid, such as perfume, and for carrying same while providing a refill function.
