[origin: WO2011064489A1] The invention relates to a lid (1) comprising a tubular apron (12) including a non-removable portion (122) permanently retained about a container neck (2) and a removable portion (121) attached in a removable manner to the neck, said non-removable and removable apron portions being connected by a break line (20) suitable for breaking the first time the lid is opened. In order to improve the performance of a means to indicate the first opening of the lid, the apron is provided with at least one breaking segment (28), which is defined distinctly from the break line such as to form, between the break line and said breaking segment, a strand (32) which extends according to the periphery of the apron, such that either each one of the two peripheral ends (32A, 32B) or the common portion of said strand is connected in a non-breakable manner to a first (121) of the removable and non-removable apron portions, while either the common portion (321) or each one of the two peripheral ends of said strand are respectively connected to the second apron portion by a breakable bridge (26) which is suitable, when the lid is first opened, for consecutively resisting breakage when said line is already broken, and then for breaking after plastic deformation of the strand and thus for mutually separating the removable and non-removable portions of the apron.
