[origin: EP2505095A1] The strand (1) has a comfort pad (10) arranged on an inner surface of the strand close to an end (2) of the strand, where the end of the strand is connected to a watchcase. The comfort pad is provided with a transverse section with a longitudinal central opening (15). The comfort pad is surrounded on either side by elastic parts (11). Each elastic part comprises a branch extending from the inner surface of the strand, where the strand is made of elastomeric, plastic or rubber material. The comfort pad forms a single piece molded with the strand.
