[origin: EP2505105A1] The chair has an adjusting mechanism adjusting an inclination of a seating element (10), and a telescopic-like supporting arm extending from the seating element. A frame structure is connected with the supporting arm, and a transverse axle is extended through the frame structure. The seating element is pivoted around the transverse axle. The frame structure is pivotally connected with a joint unit, where the pivoting of the seating element is enabled in a horizontally inclined position without separating the frame structure from the joint unit.
