Abstract (en)
The molded block (1) has three layers (11,12,13) that are connected by gluing, where the former is comprised of multiple wood fiber panels. The latter layer arranged in the center is comprised of two wooden panels and an intermediate wood fiber panel, while the third layer is comprised of multiple wood fiber panels. The block is provided in a rectangular shape with a certain aspect ratio and volume, where the panels are glued partially or fully to each other. The glue is used as a natural or synthetic wood glue, particularly polyvinyl acetate or polyurethane glue. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing molded block; (2) a prefabricated building unit with a connecting material; and (3) a method for manufacturing a prefabricated building unit.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Formstein (1), welcher drei Schichten aus Holzweichfaserplatten und Holzwerkstoffplatten umfasst, welcher im wesentlichen quaderförmig ist und ein Kantenverhältnis x:y:z = 4-6:1-5:2-5 aufweist, sowie ein Volumen von 0.005 - 0.2 m3 aufweist. Bauelemente enthaltend solche Formsteine und die Herstellung solcher Formsteine und Bauelemente sind weitere Gegenstände der Erfindung.
