[origin: EP2329877A1] The element (1) has a channel structure (2) comprising two testing chambers (13) that are connected with each other over two connection channels (14), such that fluid transfer between the testing chambers is enabled. One of the testing chambers is provided with an inlet port (23) that is in fluid connection with a feed channel (6), so that a fluid sample flows into a testing chamber (13a) that is at a larger distance from a rotational axis (4). One of the testing chambers (13) is provided with a reagent (35) that reacts with the fluid sample.
