[origin: WO2012034147A1] The invention relates to a method and a system for drying goods (11). Ambient air (UI) is first passed through a first, previously regenerated, dampening-water adsorbent body (1), through a first heating unit (E1), through a drying chamber (10) together with the goods that are to be dried (11), the same is thereafter conducted through a second heating unit (E2) and the process air (PI) that is strongly heated there is passed through a second dampening-water adsorbent body (2) which is thus regenerated. The air which is moisture loaded there is removed to the outside, more precisely in each case until substantially no difference can any longer be established between the absolute atmospheric humidity data in each case before and after at least one of the adsorbent bodies, whereafter the air path direction is switched over. The absolute atmospheric humidity data are converted from the relative humidity measured data supplied by the measurement sensors of the first adsorbent body (1) and/or the second adsorbent body (2).
