Abstract (en)
The device has a cutting station (10) cutting a material web along predetermined contour of a semi-finished product along processing direction. A sewing station (11) sews a sheet of material at an edge of the contour. The cutting station adjacent to the sewing station is connected downstream in the processing direction of the cutting station. The sewing station is arranged lateral offset in a working direction of the cutting station. The sewing station comprises a toothed cutting knife (12) that is moved transverse to a plane of the material web in an oscillating fashion.

Eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Zuschneiden von faserigen Materialbahnen als Halbzeug zur Herstellung von Werkstücken weisen eine Schnittstation zum Zuschneiden der Materialbahn entlang vorgegebener Konturen des Halbzeugs entlang einer Bearbeitungsrichtung und wenigstens eine Nähstation (11) zum Abnähen der Materialbahn am Rand der Kontur auf. Dadurch, dass die zur Schnittstation (10) benachbarte Nähstation (11) in Bearbeitungsrichtung (b-b) der Schnittstation (10) nachgeschaltet ist, wird ein passgenauer homogener Gewebezuschnitt ermöglicht.
