[origin: WO2011069777A1] The invention relates to a hair styler (1), in particular for smoothing or shaping hair, having at least one heating element (4, 4') extending in the longitudinal direction of the hair styler (1) and at least one center dispensing apparatus (5) for dispensing an agent influencing the hair. Essential to the invention is that the center dispensing apparatus (5) extends in particular parallel to the heating element (4, 4') and is arranged directly adjacent thereto and can thus be heated directly by means of the heating element (4, 4'). An improved penetration of the agent into the hair and a compact design can be thus achieved according to the invention.
