Abstract (en)
The adhesive nozzle (1) comprises a nozzle housing (4), which has a heatable adhesive channel (5) for supplying an adhesive (2). The nozzle housing has a guide surface (6) facing a material web (3). The guide surface is arranged before an outlet opening (7) of the adhesive channel in the movement direction of the material web. The guide surface is porous and is flowed through by an air flow, which is supplied through an air channel (8). The guide surface is formed from a porous molded body (11) made of a metal sinter material.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klebstoffdüse (1) zum Aufbringen von Klebstoff (2) auf eine bewegte Materialbahn (3) mit einem Düsengehäuse (4), das einen beheizbaren Klebstoffkanal (5) für die Zuführung von Klebstoff (2) enthält, wobei das Düsengehäuse (4) eine der Materialbahn (3) zugewandte Führungsfläche (6) aufweist, die in Bewegungsrichtung der Materialbahn (3) vor einer Auslassöffnung (7) des Klebstoffkanals (5) angeordnet ist. Die Führungsfläche (6) ist porös ausgestaltet und von einem Luftstrom, der durch einen Luftkanal (8) zuführbar ist, durchströmt.
